This Brisbane hotel is hosting a luxurious six-course Johnnie-Walker dining experience!

Calling all whisky aficionados! Clear your schedules as the Boundary Hotel invites lovers of fine whisky to an intimate six-course dinner held on Wednesday, September 23rd.

The Johnnie Walker Ghost & Rare Dinner will be an evening not to miss, showcasing some of the finest drops of whisky paired with a specially curated six-course menu from The Boundary’s Head Chef, Andrew Musk. The dinner will be held in the historical Corrigan room, featuring timber furnishings and velvet curtains, this private space transports guests to an intimate 1860’s whisky bar.

For $189pp guests can expect a luxurious six-course menu, including davidson plum cured kingfish, seared scallops, wagyu rump cap with shitake mushrooms and red wine jus, a chocolate tart with a whisky caramel and plenty more.

For those who are more interested in the whisky menu, you’ll be treated to a taste of some of Johnnie Walker’s finest. Johnnie Walker’s Blue Label Ghost & Rare Port Ellen will be on show – a drop that brings together eight treasured whiskies of no less than 20 years of age. The other tipple sure to wow guests is the Johnnie Walker Blue Label Ghost & Rare Glenury Royal – a handcrafted whisky using just eight of the rarest whiskies from the Johnnie Walker Blue Label reserves.

Guests will also get to take home a complimentary Johnnie Walker King George Glass at the end of the evening. Book your table here for an unforgettable experience!
