But never fear, we have created this go-to guide of Brisbane’s berry best acai bowls! From the north to the south of Brisbane, we have got you covered.

COCO BLISS – Various Locations

The Rundown: Owners Candice Roat & Mellita Rayner’s idea was simple, they wanted to create what they wished existed. Having somewhere to conveniently get healthy, refined sugar free, superfood boosted eats and drinks when on the run. Coco Bliss believes in pure, nutritious, and raw whole-foods – which is exactly what you will find at this Acai hotspot. With multiple locations across Brisbane, Coco Bliss is the perfect place to get yourself a bowl while you’re on a roll. Their menu features 7 basic bowls and a plethora of toppings, add-ons, and sides so that you can build your bowl, your way. This modern acai haven also features plenty of other yummy treats on their menu like freshly squeezed fruit juice and smoothies as well as raw slices and protein balls!

Our Pick: The Mango Weiss bowl, complete with granola, vanilla yoghurt, mango chunks, and coconut flakes for a fruity afternoon pick-me-up.

PINEAPPLE EXPRESS – Hamilton & Eatons Hill

Pineapple Express is a tropical bonanza located at both Hamilton and Eatons Hill!

The Rundown: Pineapple Express is the love child of VW kombi vans and endless hot summers – it’s no wonder that this little gem has taken Brisbane by storm! Their full-service dine in menu features gooey eggs benny, delicious nacho fries, and of course a good ‘ol avo on toast! Their healthy on-the-go offerings include wraps, salads, burgers, and their iconic acai bowls (duh)! If you are looking for a different take on the humble acai bowl then Pineapple Express is the place to go!

Our Pick: The Apple Crunch Bowl, with an acai, banana, apple, cinnamon, and maple syrup syrup base, topped with fresh apple, coconut yoghurt, cinnamon, and granola. It’s the healthiest apple pie that you’ll ever have!

LOVE JUICE – Cleveland

The Rundown: Just a short stroll from Cleveland’s beautiful marina is where you will find the bayside’s best kept secret, Love Juice! While this eclectic cafe may look little, we promise that the flavours are big! Offering house-made smoothies and juices to order, fresh salads, gluten free wraps, wholesome treats and a bazillion different acai options. Love Juice’s menu items are predominantly vegan, raw, gluten free and free from refined sugar and anything artificial. Each bowl is created to ensure the very best combination of flavours and fruits. Pull up a chair under the sea of green foliage, or take a stroll along the waterfront as you nosh on one of their nutritious (and delicious) acai bowls!

Our Pick: The Peanut Brittle Bowl. Açaì, banana, peanut butter, clean caramel and coconut milk. Topped with banana, regular granola, coyo, clean caramel sauce and peanuts.

CHARLIE’S RAW SQUEEZE – Various Locations

The Rundown: Charlie’s Raw Squeeze does fresh best, with sustainability at the heart of everything they do. Owners Johnny and Michael Tabet have a true passion for providing healthy, plant-based options to everyone – including the humble acai bowl. Indulge in fresh smoothies, freshly squeezed juices, nice-creams, Squeeze Bowls and salads, as well as plenty of raw, gluten-free and refined sugar-free options available. Charlie’s Acai bowls come in two sizes and are packed with a flavourful punch. 

Our Pick: The Snickers Bowl.  A blend of acai, cacao, peanuts, and dates topped with  fresh banana, granola, salted caramel nice-cream, and chocolate and date sauce!

ACAI BROTHERS – Various Locations

The Rundown: Undoubtedly the holy grail of acai, Acai Brothers, has over 20 stores across Australia. Owners Sam Carson and Ben Day set out to create an experience that not only supplies healthy meal options, but embodies a sense of community, lifestyle, and fitness. While their speciality may be acai bowls, they have also mastered the art of the perfect smoothie, juice, coffee, and raw treat. These guys sure do know how to create delicious and affordable options – we don’t have to tell you how good this place is, the bowls do all of the talking!

Our Pick: The Choc Treat Yo’self Bowl. An acai, banana, and cacao base, topped with Coyo Coconut yoghurt, chocolate buckini, raw treats, cacao nibs, chocolate sauce, and your choice of 3 fresh fruits!

BARE NAKED BOWLS – Toowong, Newstead, Manly

The Rundown: Hailing from Sydney, Bare Naked Bowls, guarantees delicious acai bowls, superfood smoothies, breakfast bowls, locally roasted coffee, kombucha and raw treats. Owners Josh and Ashley Porteous believe in living a conscious and active lifestyle full of energy and nutritious food, and so, Bare Naked Bowls was born. Their menu caters for all needs including vegetarian, paleo, vegan, dairy free and gluten free. These acai bowls will leave you feeling refreshed, energised and ready to take on the day. Their 3 locations are just a hop-skip-and-jump away from the Brisbane River and the beautiful Moreton Bay.

Our Pick: The Island Bowl. An acai, pineapple, mango, banana, and coconut milk base topped with banana, strawberries, passionfruit, coconut yoghurt, raw cacao nibs, and bush honey

SULA JUICE BAR – Wellington Point

The Rundown: Just a short drive from the Wellington Point beach and recreational area, is where you will find Sula Juice bar! This relaxed, coastal juice bar, created by Kaila Messenger, delivers a menu full of healthy flavours and delicious eats. Sula’s menu offers a plethora of fresh juices, delicious acai bowls, fresh salads to go, and a variety of raw treats! They also have plenty of vegan, gluten-free, and refined sugar free options. While you pay for your bowl you can pick up a fresh bouquet of flowers from the local flower farm. And just when you thought this place couldn’t get any better, they serve up free dog treats and puppachinos for your four-legged friends!

Our Pick: The Pina Colada Bowl. Acai, toasted nutty granola, banana, fresh passionfruit, fresh pineapple, frozen mango, coconut yoghurt, and a sweet passionfruit drizzle.

MYLK & KO  – New Farm

MYLK & KO believes that brunch should be enjoyed by everyone – their menu offers gluten free, dairy free, and vegan options!

The Rundown: Whether you’re after an açai bowl with home-made granola (that you can buy by the bag) or simply want to enjoy a cup of organic coffee with a house baked croissant, then MYLK & KO is the place for you. The aim is in the name at this New Farm gem – MYLK signifies the use of plant based milk options and KO (as opposed to co) signifies that they do things with a twist here. Their menu boasts plenty of gluten free, dairy free, and vegan options. Owner, Ines Scholtes’ philosophy is straightforward – brunch for everyone, even those with diet preferences! This modern gem blends all of their 8 different acai bowls fresh to order and, trust us, they taste like none other. Located just a short stroll from New Farm Park, ask for your bowl to go and enjoy your blended berry by the Brisbane River. MYLK & KO is dog-friendly and serves up puppy ice creams all day so you won’t have to leave ur pup at home.

Our Pick: The Cookie Dough Bowl. Açai, banana, cacao, almond meal, almond mylk, topped with chocolate granola, raw cookie dough, coconut yoghurt, cacao sauce & cacao nibs
