Put on your favourite florals and polish the champagne flutes – Brisbane is welcoming it’s newest pop-up Spring event!

Customs House is bringing back the bliss and bubbles of their Moët Rosé Garden pop-up bar to celebrate the arrival of spring with Moët & Chandon. This decadent garden party is launching on Friday, October 2nd and will be open from Friday through Sunday during the months of Spring.

The Moët Rosé Garden is the picture-perfect spot to enjoy fancy Friday drinks and elegant seasonal Sunday sessions. Guests can sit back and enjoy a chilled glass of bubbles while taking in the panoramic views of the Brisbane River. This blossoming pop-up will see the Custom’s House gardens sprinkled with several open-air domes decked in botanicals, and with room for up to 8 guests to recline inside, they will make for the perfect Instagram backdrop.

This event won’t just be serving up spectacular views, it will also be serving up some of the fanciest brews. The Custom’s House pop-up bar will have an array of floral-hued wines from across the globe including; Moët Rosé Impérial NV, Veuve Clicquot and Provence’s Rameau d’Or, alongside refreshing rosé sangria and a Chandon Cosmopolitan cocktail based on Chandon rosé.

While the seasonal sips flow throughout the day, guests can also snack on a menu featuring steamed duck buns and local scallops with vanilla cauliflower and a chorizo crumb. For $40pp attendees can enjoy Customs House’s pop-up bar staple, the Moreton Bay bug croissant, available with chips and truffle aioli along with a glass of Moët Rosé Impérial.

This seasonal stunner is one that you certainly won’t want to miss, the Moët Rosé Garden pop-up will be springing up at Customs House from Friday, October 2.  No bookings required
