Mirvac Unveils Plans for Isle Waterfront Newstead: Brisbane’s Latest Luxury Apartments

Brisbane’s latest luxury apartments have been unveiled by Mirvac, with the new development set to sit alongside Quay Waterfront Newstead. The new building, Isle Waterfront Newstead, will feature 136 residences across 25 levels at 57 Skyring Terrace.

All 136 apartments have already been bought off-the-plan within just over six months of release.

Warwick Bible, Mirvac’s General Manager of Residential Queensland, has said “The success of Quay and our plans for Isle demonstrate our commitment to the Brisbane market, where we are well placed to deliver exceptional quality in response to significant demand for apartments in the city and the Waterfront Newstead community… we’re working to bring the apartments to market as soon as possible to meet demand for this style of living in the heart of the city.”

Isle Waterfront Newstead will include a large amount of living greenery, organic construction, and a range of facilities aimed at health and wellbeing.

Isle, designed by the award-winning Mirvac Design team, is part of a trend in biophilic architecture focused on integrating nature into manmade structures and is emblematic of Brisbane’s ongoing shift toward “Buildings that Breathe.”

“We’re seeing buyers looking for apartments with a sustainable design, where they can live feeling connected to nature and enjoy holistic health benefits. We embraced these concepts at Quay and purchasers responded extremely well. Isle will take them to the next level, creating a unique experience for residents.” says Mr Bible.

The exterior is meant to blend in with the natural environment, and its organic curves draped in vegetation serve as an extension of Waterfront Park’s ground-floor retail and lush, planted enclaves.

Isle will include an infinity-edge lap pool on the roof with infrared and magnesium spas, a fully equipped dining room and sunset cocktail bar that overlooks the park and Brisbane River, allowing residents to relax, reflect, and socialize.

There will be a gym, a workplace suite for those who embrace the contemporary work-from-home lifestyle, and a concierge service to provide everyday elegance.

We know we’ll be watching Mirvac’s Newstead developments with excitement over the coming months and years. For more information visit https://isle.mirvac.com/
