James Street is about to get a Little Salty

Newstead’s favourite coffee haunt, Salt, is welcoming it’s baby brother, Little Salt, to Fortitude Valley this October! Located on the corner of McLachlan and Little James Street, is where you can find great service, great experiences, and of course, great coffee!

Rather than boring customers with technical coffee jargon, Little Salt focuses on ‘coffee for the modern-day explorer.’ From the humble flat white, hot chocolate, and chai, all the way to filter and cold-drip coffee, there is a cup for every kind of coffee connoisseur at Little Salt.

From flat whites, hot chocolates, and chais to filter and cold-drip coffee – Little Salt has got it all!

“When you walk into Salt… you feel the positive energy, the community, the vibe… it’s something we’ve always put first and foremost before anything else,” explains stock-broker turned full-time barista/coffee-shop owner, Zac Lazarac. As for the fit-out, think all-white with accents of Salt’s infamous pistachio green, cabana style umbrellas and a luxurious outdoor deck to enjoy the Brissy-weather.

While we can confirm that their signature Julie blend will be available daily, with other freshly-roasted Single Origin blends changing weekly, The Salt team are keeping pretty tight-lipped with what’s to expect from the food menu. But if it’s anything like the menu at Salt, we can guarantee that it won’t disappoint!

Little Salt will be opening its doors at 6am on 16th October, offering free coffee all day and the chance to win free coffee for an entire year! Lazarac and his team are excited to share the Salty-love throughout Fortitude Valley and cannot wait to serve you a fresh cup o’ joe!
