Get ready to pour it up, Brisbane because Warehouse 25 is here to lift your spirits as they open their distillery doors in Milton. Are you a vodka, lime, and soda kind of person? Or prefer a classic G&T? Well, Warehouse 25 is the perfect place for you!
Located in 25 Finchley Street, the 436sqm inner city warehouse is home to a distillery and casual bar and pizzeria. Spanning over multiple areas, the super cool space encompasses a large indoor and outdoor area, mezzanine area and an underground function space. The main indoor area of Warehouse 25 showcases an open distillery with a 100 litre vodka still and 50 litre gin still taking centre stage, nestled in front of an ample set of barn doors and when drawn, allows light to flood in.

Once home to underground electrona parties, this beautiful space has now been tranformed into a fulltime public venue, created to enhance and contribute to the community and culture of Brisbane, some would even go as far as calling it a ‘cultural sanctuary’. This cool locale is a one-stop-shop to enjoy drinks and bites with friends, host your parties and events, or simply just pick up a bottle of spirits to take home.

With a bottleshop in the works, Warehouse 25 plans to sell their spirits under the label Calm Spirits Co. That’s right, you will be able to take home your own bottle of calming botanicals with aromatic scents of juniper, lavender, rose and lemon.

While you may come for the spirits, you will stay for the experience. Dining at Warehouse 25 is a casual affair featuring fresh snacks and share plates such as their Caprese salad, pumpkin and risotto insalada, burnt broccoli and mushroom arancini balls. Guests are also treated to a delectable nine-option pizza menu that goes down a treat with a glass of onsite-distilled vodka or gin. The drinks menu is pretty easy to navigate with a range of Aussie wines on offer, tap beers, cans, and cocktails made from their Calm Springs Co Label.

Warehouse 25 will pay homage to the building’s live music heritage with a variety of music set to fill the distillery. From DJ’s to neo-soul bands and a plethora of other live performances are set to take the stage while plans for future block parties, art exhibitions, and vintage garage sales are in the works.

The distillery doors are open from 11am-2pm Monday to Wednesday, 11am-2pm and 4pm-1pm Thursdays, 11am-1am Friday to Sunday. Grab the crew and enjoy a brew at Brisbane’s news urban sanctuary, celebrating art, music, and cool vibes all year round!
