Raise a glass to your favourite bittersweet cocktail and celebrate Negroni Week – the Ovolo Way! At Ovolo, it is believed the trinity of one-part Campari, one-part gin, and one-part vermouth is best celebrated smoky. Transport yourself to Italy from Monday the 14th – Sunday the 20th of September, as worlds and cultures collide in celebration of Negroni Week. Just because we can’t travel, doesn’t mean that our taste buds can’t! Sip on global flavours as Fortitude Valley’s iconic ZA ZA TA Bar and Kitchen, goes ‘Up in Smoke’ with their newest negroni menu. Cheers to that!
To get the celebration started, Ovolo bars across Australia and Hong Kong will be serving up a menu of six specialty smoked Negroni’s, each putting a spin on the much-loved Italian classic. The cocktails will be available for guests to sip and savour for just $18.

This year’s Negroni Week is raising a glass to the hospo industry, which has faced months of legislation, uncertainty and waves of financial instability, by partnering with Help Out Hospo. $1 from every ‘Up in Smoke’ Negroni purchased from Ovolo will be donated in support of the Australian hospitality industry and workers in need.

It has been an undeniably unusual year so it would make sense that one of the annual events we look forward to each year is shaking (or stirring) things up in 2020.
