Forget everything that you know about Italian food, because Uh Oh Spaghettio is here to throw that completely out the door. Bakery Lane’s newest kid on the block will be dishing up experimental pasta flavours, devilish cocktails, funky tunes, and good vibes from Friday the 25th of September.
Uh Oh Spaghettio is the brain-child of two of Brisbane’s biggest names in the hospitality scene, Samantha Fitzpatrick of Cakes & Shit and Sam Holman of Black Lab Coffee Co. Ditch the drab late night kebab because this dynamic duo will be serving up bowls of Brisbane’s best carbohydrates while local DJs spin tracks to keep the party going until 3am. But don’t expect your typical bolognese, because these guys are getting creative in the kitchen.

Brisbane foodie veteran, Holman, will bring his experimental cooking-style to the table, with an emphasis on fresh, local produce to create a non-traditional menu of unique pasta dishes sprinkled with a whole lot of funk! Think Peroni infused mac and cheese with a pairing of red wine and octopus. This late-night haunt will also deliver rotating specials, simple share plates, and limited edition collaborations with neighbouring venues that we promise will blow your mind. Guests can pair their lock-out linguine with a killer cocktail whether it’s 6pm or 2am!

It wouldn’t be a restaurant by Fitzpatrick without her signature dash of edgy sass – which is evident from the moment that guests walk through the door. This pasta party palace is littered with vintage posters, pops of neon, and outrageous wall art (peep the 1920’s party-goers wearing animal heads). Nestled amongst the sea of glitz and neon glamour is where restaurant-goers will find the glass-encased pasta room – a looking glass into the pasta pantry.

Uh Oh Spaghettio will be open for lunch and dinner from Wednesday through Sunday with extended trading until 3am Friday and Saturday and is sure to get messy… in the best way possible!
