Stanley wants to give you a reason to celebrate the last day of each weekend, with the launch of their Yum Cha Sundays. Gather your nearest and dearest to indulge in a feast fit for kings from 11am – 4pm. The $49pp banquet boasts decadent seafood dumplings, BBQ pork buns with chilli jam, scallop siu mai, duck and mushroom dumplings, traditional Cantonese egg tarts for dessert, and plenty more.
If that doesn’t tantalise your tastebuds enough, guests can choose to indulge in Stanley’s premium Yum Cha package. Priced at $129, which in addition to the banquet menu, also includes an opulent two hours of Louis Roederer bottomless champagne.
Along with the set banquet menu, Stanley also offers add-on options, including Peking duck pancakes with cucumber, leek and hoisin, steamed toothfish with white soy, ginger and shallot, and zucchini mapo tofu with ginger and fermented chilli. There is truly something for everyone at the table.
