Who said indulgence had to be unhealthy? This Sunday, a different kind of hedonism is headed straight for X Cargo and it’s a festival you won’t want to miss.
The inaugural Healthy Hedonism Festival will showcase talented brands and personalities promoting a healthier way of having fun for the sober-curious.
With food and beverage pop-ups, beer yoga, mindful cocktail and cooking demonstrations, health and wellness sessions and of course, a swim in X Cargo’s pop-up swimming pool, there will be something for everyone this Sunday.

Attendees can indulge guilt-free in some delicious food and drink options from a handful of pop-up outlets including Bare Naked Bowls, Green St Kitchen, MateCo2 Yerba Mate tea, Lyre’s Spirit Co., Sobah alcohol-free craft beer, Aperol Spritz and Heineken’s no alcohol beer.
For those interested in finding out more about maintaining a healthy lifestyle, some guest speakers on the day will include nutritionist Sofie Van Kempen, Brisbane foodie Shan Cooper, Sydney blogger Shannon Rosie from ‘Living with Rosie’ and New York author of ‘Sober Curious’ Ruby Warrington. You can also jump in on one of the health and wellness sessions being run by Think24Fitness, Australian Sports Nutrition, Sambaliscious, The Long Haired Yogi, Nuckle Boxing and a Fusion Hot Yoga session with Lulu Lemon ambassador Sarah McDonald.
If you’re looking to get a bit more active, there will also be several activities including swimming and boxing! However, if you’re in more of a zen mood, come along and join in the fun of ever-tranquil beer yoga.
No matter what attitude you arrive in, you’re sure to leave happy and satisfied.

Festival organiser Rebecca Millwood said the Healthy Hedonism Festival was set to be a“unique gathering of hospitality professionals, healthy lifestyle enthusiasts, and the sober-curious”.
“The Healthy Hedonism Festival is all about promoting mindful drinking, and encouraging more balanced, high-performing, healthier lifestyles in our communities,” Rebecca said.
The Healthy Hedonism Festival kicks off this Sunday, February 2 and you can grab a ticket online for just $59 and will also receive a gift bag, cocktail on arrival, access to six fitness and wellness classes and healthy snack and cocktail-making sessions. Score!
Only reading this last minute and worried you’re going to miss out? Fear not! Tickets can also be purchased at the door.
