The popular Brisbane Night Noodle Markets is back for the first time since 2019!
This year’s event takes place from Wednesday 15 June through Sunday 26 June. The eagerly anticipated foodie event will transform Brisbane’s City Botanic Gardens into a vibrant, open-air Asian street food festival with live entertainment and hawker-style stalls, and pop-ups dishing up delectable foods, beverages, and nibbles.
Despite the three-year hiatus, the Night Noodle Markets promises to be worth the wait this year. The line-up features local legends Raijin Noodles & Dumplings, Steamed, Teppanyaki Noodles as well as plenty of National Stallholders.
Demochi Donut, the Sydney home of the hybrid doughnut-meets-mochi marvel, is releasing a mix of its most Instagram-worthy items this year.

Pho-Real Vietnamese, from the folks behind Wilston’s Ming Ming’s Kitchen, will give a not-to-be-missed menu of delectable Northern Vietnamese cuisine at the Night Noodle Markets for the very first time. Brissy’s Stone & Copper will also be making their debut, with a tasting of their Indian-Nonya inspired dishes including the famous Bang Bang Butter Chicken.

There’s plenty for the vegetarians and vegans as well. For the first time, Latina Plant Power from Western Australia will appear at the Night Noodle Markets in Brisbane.
Wonderbao’s melt-in-your-mouth bao will be available, as will Roll Up’s crispy roti rolls, Calabang’s calamari on a stick, and noods from Shallot Thai, Bangkok Street Food, and Raijin.
They’ve got you covered for sweet treats too: Gelato Messina will be in attendance with a deep-fried Milo gelato with dulce de leche and peanut butter french toast.
To pair with all your noodley goodness, Naked Wines are offering a range of wines from independent winemakers across Australia and New Zealand.
This year’s Markets will also feature pop-ups from partner companies, as well as experiences with other brands. There will also be a Dan Murphy’s Zero% Bar that will be shaking fresh non-alcoholic cocktails, as well as a Gage Roads Beer Garden, an Aperol Spritz Kombi Bar, and a lovely Rekorderlig Cider seating area to enjoy a refreshing cider.
One of the best parts? Pets are welcome at the festival, with special dog-friendly spaces! There’s even a ‘Night Poodle Markets’ event on Saturday the 25th, from 4pm to 8pm. Pupparazzi will be there to snap pictures of your pooch, and there’ll be Dog Noodle Boxes to take home for four-legged friends.

Throughout the festival there will be live entertainment, lion dancers and plenty more to experience.
The event will continue to be free, however attendees must register for a free ticket online, which you can do right here.
